Jennifer is the owner and director of Carpe Diem Gardens Ltd. She is passionate about designing and creating vibrant, living gardens for her clients. Jennifer has campagined for the environment for over 30 years. In her free time Jennifer is a keen long-distance cyclist; she recently cycled the length of France from the English Channel to the Mediterranean.
Simon Lewis
Co-owner of S & J Lewis Landscaping
Simon and his brother have been constructing and maintaining gardens for over 20 years, and have a 5-star rating in Which? Local. A qualifed mechanic and warehouse manager, Simon is trained in all aspects of DIY materials and tools. He is commited to re-using and recycling materials, and minimising environmental impact. For their voluntary work re-landscaping Happy Mount Park in Morecambe, Simon has been nominated for an MBE.
Jonathan Lewis
Co-owner of S & J Lewis Landscaping
Jonathan trained in all aspects of Amenity Horticulture with BBC garden presenter Fred Downham. Appreciated for his incredible hardwork and sense of humour, Jonathan is commited to perfection in every detail of garden construction. An enthusiastic fell walker and cyclist Joanathan's passion is watching birds and nature conservation.
Neil Hunter
Trained as a window joiner, Neil specialises in building wooden structures in the garden as well as paving and walling. At weekends he leads his own rock band playing succesful gigs throughout Lancashire.
Jenifer Ryder
Qualified as office administrator, Jenifer's energy is a valued part of the hard landscaping team, where she brings her aesthetic touch to finishings and details. Jenifer's other occupations are being a model, TV extra and artist.
Chris Bretherton
The youngest member of the construction team, Chris's cheerful personality complements his hard work as labourer and landscaping apprentice. In his own time Chris is a volunteer community worker with young people at the Ridge Community Centre in Lancaster.
